Cori’s yoga roots date back to her college days at the University of Colorado, Boulder. After graduating with her Biochemistry degree, she decided to pursue massage therapy. Cori’s studies at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy helped expose her to more holistic healing methods and classical ways to promote healthy lifestyles. Cori has since become attracted to Vinyasa Yoga, and teaches Prana Flow Yoga, as developed by Shiva Rae.
